Sydney Retina Clinic & Day Surgery was designed with the single intention of providing a centre of excellence for patients and their referring doctors in Macquarie Street, Sydney.
In our Clinic, we implement a Quality Management System that complies with the International Quality Standard IS09001 “Quality Management System – requirements (with the exception of clause 8.3 as it does not apply in this facility).
In our Day Surgery, we have implemented the 2nd revision of the National Safety & Quality Health Service Standards 1-8 (with the exemption of standard 7, which is not applicable)
The primary objective of our quality system, which oversees our clinic and day surgery, is to demonstrate through accreditation that we comply with and where possible exceed the requirements of all relevant Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, Legislation and Industry Best Practice. This ensures we deliver the standard of service expected by our patients and referring practitioners.
